When selling your house, you need to make sure that the first impression is amazing. This means the curb appeal needs to be up to date and modern.
Here are some ways to up the curb appeal on your house and make sure no one turns away when they see it!

Entryway Glam:

- Paint your front door a pretty hue that coordinates with your home's color. Make sure it is a pretty contrast to the rest of the house and creates a nice pop that catches the eyes of potential buyers.
-Add some pretty house numbers to the door (or somewhere else in the entry way), as well as add some hanging plants or wreaths that brighten up the area.
-All light fixtures should be cleaned and all lights need to be working!

Lawn Care:
-Make sure the yard is mowed and weed-less. If the grass isn't pretty or green, go out and by some green lawn paint for a quick revamp of the yard to make it appealing!
-Add some plants to the yard to make it colorful and welcoming.
-Make sure the garden bed is weed-less as well and that all the plants are healthy! Remove and replace any plant that is not eye-pleasing.
-All trees and bushes should be trimmed up!

Siding and Windows:
-Turn your garden hose on the highest setting, rent a power washer, or hire a company beside the siding on your house is going to have to be as clean as possible!
-Spray your garage door and your driveway as well, no one wants to come see a house that is dirty.
-Make your windows sparkle! Clean them as best you can so that there is no type of dirt on it!

Trash:
-Make sure all trash is taken care of, even the trash bins should be hidden. Put it at a place where they won't immediately see it, and make sure there is no trash in it!
