             Throughout 2021, the real estate market has been hot. We’ve seen a high demand for houses everywhere in the nation. However, the housing supply is at its lowest since the 1970’s. This deep contrast between the supply and demand creates what we call a seller’s market. However, if you’re looking to buy, don’t let this scare you away, this market comes with many benefits for both parties- the buyer and seller.
             For buyers, although housing prices are going to be set higher, the homes on the market are likely going to be holding better quality. Sellers know that they can’t list just any house for sale just because it’s a seller’s market. They realize they’re asking more for their house, and that people still hold their expectations, so for people to be willing to pay the raised price, the quality must be raised as well.
             On the other hand, for sellers, this means that there has never been a better time to sell your home. With the market being a seller’s market, houses sell for much higher prices while also getting offers above the asking price solely because of the competition amongst buyers. Your home is also undeniably going to sell faster than it typically would. Take advantage of this time, sell your home and profit more than ever.
