He is one of the top REALTORs® in the Tri-County area and sells homes quickly at full market value using his extensive marketing skills. He has a fully custom truck that is wrapped with his brand and business info, and he has also traveled to other states and brokerages to share his knowledge of the industry to help others better their businesses. His constant drive and nurturing character have made him known throughout the country.

A Commitment to Developing Professionally

Michael demonstrates his extreme desire for career growth every day. He is in his third year as a real estate agent and has quickly become a top producer. He's been recognized on multiple levels for his production and marketing skills. This isn't a job to him, it's become a passion of his and he's taken the reins. He's taking extra classes, training, and attending seminars to see what else he can learn. He does not look at others as competition. A new agent once asked him, "How do you feel about training upcoming competition?" and Michael replied that no one is considered competition. A Focus on Customer Service

Michael goes above and beyond when it comes to providing exemplary customer service. He is there for his clients whether they are buying or selling. He has helped multiple sellers pack, load up U-Hauls, move, and unload their belongings. He has even watched a sellers dog for close to a month because his client's new house was not ready to move into on time. Michael always has the best open houses in the tri-county area, hosting original open houses such as a yard sale open house, a cookout open house, and even a crab fest open house. His customers always come first.

Contributing to the Community

Michael Hunter is a very caring and giving agent. He's partnered with Farming 4 Hunger and has a close relationship with the organization. Michael donates a portion of his personal commission to them in support of their cause, as well as helping to raise awareness. He has even held company sales meetings at Farm 4 Hunger a few months out of the year. The first sales meeting at Farm 4 Hunger, they rose $3,000 to contribute. Michael always puts his community before himself and is there to help other agents become successful.
